Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join our team at The Glenmoriston Town House Inverness in Inverness. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Your contribution will help uphold our reputation for service excellence.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with booking modifications.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Support multilingual guests with language assistance as needed.
Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest service throughout all interactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel reception or front desk roles.
