Full job description

Lewis's Ice Cream & Coffee Shop – Morecambe Promenade

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Barista / Café Team Member to join our busy team at Lewis's Ice Cream & Coffee Shop.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in all aspects of the café, helping us deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing high-quality coffees, teas and speciality drinks
Making iced drinks, milkshakes, sundaes and desserts
Serving customers and operating the till
Running food and drinks to customers
Clearing and cleaning tables
Washing pots and keeping the kitchen and café clean and organised
Replenishing stock and maintaining high presentation standards
Delivering friendly, welcoming customer service at all times

Desirable Skills

Previous barista experience is essential.

Experience working in a kitchen environment would be an advantage, as there will be opportunities to train alongside our chefs, assisting with:

Food preparation
Plating dishes
General kitchen support during busy service

Hours

Part-time position
