About Us

We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire & Lincolnshire. Remuneration

£32,000 p/annum + Gratuities + Performance bonus

Job Role

Responsible for the efficient management of the kitchen. Aiding the head chef and taking full responsibility in their absence. Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring the highest culinary standards, quality & cleanliness. Following menu specifications and creating daily specials. Managing food gross profit margins and safeguarding wastage levels. Motivating, coaching, and developing the kitchen team so they can further progress their careers.

Start date - Late July/August 2026.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 year in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
