Full job description

Fire Safety Solutions NI is a market leading Fire Safety Company based in East Belfast. We provide businesses with Fire Safety Products and Services, keeping them Legally Compliant, Fully Insured and most importantly Safe from Fire. Due to the continued year on year growth of our business over the last 18 years we have a need to expand our successful team.

You will also need to be a keen and enthusiastic individual that can fit into a fast-paced office environment, willing to go the extra mile when required.

Job Duties Include
- Monitor and updating accounting software - Xero
- Daily bank and sales reconciliations

- Assisting with monthly payroll

- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams as required
- Dealing with allocation of payments to Suppliers

- Issuing Invoices to Clients and cross referinging stock
- Credit Control phone calls & emails to existing clients to manage their invoices

Qualification / Experience / Requirements
- 2 Years’ experience in office administration & bookkeeping roles

- Must have good computer literacy (Microsoft Office & CRM Systems)

- Experience with accounting software Xero
- Customer service skills and a strong verbal communicator
- Good written communication skills and experience using email systems
- English & Math`s GCSE grade `C` or above
- Good work ethic to attendance, time keeping and productiveness
- A quick learner who can follow written and verbal procedures in a fast paced office environment
- Organised, self-motivated and able to use initiative to prioritise tasks
