Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our innovative Sales & Marketing team, supporting our business growth across the European region. This role is ideal for an energetic marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and is passionate about delivering exceptional marketing support and client engagement.

As a Marketing Administrator, you will be a driving force behind the execution of marketing strategies, campaign coordination, CRM management, and day-to-day marketing operations. You will work closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, prepare proposals and presentations, coordinate events, and maintain strong client relationships.

Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach will help elevate our brand presence, ensure seamless campaign execution, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing activities across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to further develop their skills while making a meaningful impact within a global maritime organization.

Duties

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across the European region.
Manage CRM data, client follow-ups, and marketing administration activities.
Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Office tools.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance.
Create and update marketing content for digital channels, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
Coordinate webinars, conferences, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives.
Maintain accurate marketing records, documentation, and performance reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience as a marketing assistant
Experience in Marine field will be a bonus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Superior organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of Monday CRM/other CRM a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

Experience

Proven experience in project management within a marketing or related environment
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with IT tools is a plus
Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies and practices
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration
Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting
