This is an excellent opportunity for you to Join a residential sales & letting agency, allowing you to develop a strong team and maintain or enhance customer service in our industry .

The Administrator is part of our Customer Services Team and will provide excellent customer service, support and assistance to our external customers and internal customers. You’ll be the first face that people see when they arrive at our Office whether that’s visitors or employees each morning as they come to work. All aspects of administration to support smooth processes and all behaviours in support of our values must be evident throughout your employment.

To succeed in this position you’ll be highly organised, flexible and driven to make things happen. You’ll also:

Answering calls / taking information / form filling / passing on comprehensive details to relevant departments
Admin tasks
Booking diaries / appointment
Carry out referencing, dealing with landlords and tenants
Suggest and make improvements where necessary
