Full job description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced individual to join the bar staff team. We are looking for someone who has experience working a busy bar confidently whether that be as a part of a team or at times solo. At The Vintage we have a range of beer, spirits, wines and cocktails as well as soft drinks so knowledge on products is important.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Take accurate drink orders and ensuring correct methods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at times this will be including tables, counters, and service stations.
Use cocktail specs to ensure correct measurements and ingredients.
Handle cash transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts and assist with opening or closing duties as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or hospitality setting is essential.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
