If you're energetic, organised and enjoy working in an environment where every day can bring something different, this Events Assistant job in Chelmsford could be exactly what you're looking for.

We're growing our events team and looking for an enthusiastic Events Assistant to help deliver promotional campaigns, customer events and brand experiences across Chelmsford and surrounding areas.

Think people, atmosphere, teamwork and plenty of variety.

So, what does an Events Assistant actually do?

You'll help turn plans into experiences.

Before an event, you could be helping the team prepare materials and get everything ready. Once things get moving, you'll be engaging with customers, representing brands and helping create the kind of atmosphere that gets people involved.

Your role will include:

Helping prepare, set up and deliver promotional events and campaigns
Welcoming attendees and creating an energetic, positive atmosphere
Engaging with customers through confident face-to-face conversations
Representing brands professionally and enthusiastically
Introducing customers to products, services and current campaigns
Supporting promotional and customer engagement activities
Keeping events organised and running smoothly throughout the day
Working alongside your team to achieve campaign objectives
Sharing customer feedback and ideas to improve future events
