Job Description: Trainee Administrative Assistant

Location: Crown Business Centre
Job Type: Full-time (adjust if needed)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Trainee Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations at Crown Business Centre. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functionality, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent service to clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling enquiries
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct correspondence appropriately
Maintain office systems, records, and filing (digital and physical)
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate bookings
Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and data entry tasks
Support office events, meetings, and tenant communications
Order office supplies and liaise with vendors/service providers
Ensure the reception and shared areas are presentable at all times

Requirements

Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional and friendly manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

Basic knowledge of Google and Microsoft Software Suites
