Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Paint Manufacturing & Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the production of high-quality paints and managing warehouse operations efficiently. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure smooth workflows, accurate stock management, and safe handling of materials. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant manufacturing environment where your attention to detail skills and warehouse experience will be valued and developed.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and mixing of paint formulations according to specified procedures, ensuring quality standards are met.
Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the warehouse
Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting of paint drums.
Conduct picking and packing of orders accurately for shipping, ensuring correct quantities and labels are applied.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse area to promote a safe working environment at all times.
Assist with tasks related to equipment maintenance.
Follow all safety guidelines related to materials handling

Experience

Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of stock management processes.
Valid forklift certification with demonstrated ability to operate forklifts safely in a busy environment.
Experience Picking and packing from Pick sheets
Knowledge of materials handling techniques, heavy lifting procedures, and safe manual handling practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
