Full job description

We have an exciting role available for a dynamic person in our lettings team.

Who we are:

We are a family-owned property investment company who provide good-quality, affordable rental properties and landlord services in and around the Mansfield area. We are an expanding business, looking to offer the right candidate the opportunity to develop and grow with us.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced team member who knows what needs to be done to provide an excellent quality home or commercial premises for our prospective tenants;

Our ideal candidate:

· Has at least two years’ experience as a lettings negotiator or property manager

· Has excellent sales and interpersonal skills

· Develops and maintains good communication with our contractors and potential tenants

· Is self-motivated, and also able to motivate

· Is imaginative and creative with a desire for results through social media and portal marketing

. Is IT literate

What you will be doing:

Chasing up leads and generating new business
Arranging and conducting viewings in a professional manner, and closing sales
Working both ‘in the field’ and from an office environment; supporting your team, driving your performance and reducing delays in delivery of void properties
Checking in-between tenancies to ensure works are prepared to improve properties for re-letting are done to a high standard and in a timely manner
Processing Tenancy applications and completing referencing
Marketing void properties via property portals, our company website and social media

A full driving licence with your own car is required for this role. Mileage will be paid.

Working Hours
Monday- Friday 9:00 - 17:30
Alternate Saturdays 9:00 -13:00

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
