B&W Builders and Decorators Ltd are a well-established building company based in Kinmel Bay in Conwy and have good access to the A55 road. B&W Builders have been operating for over 35 years in the industry. We cover all types of construction, refurbishment, renovation and reinstatement works. We work for many Local Authorities, Insurance Companies, Architects and Building Surveyors.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems in both residential and some small commercial settings. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment.

Monday to Friday, no weekends.

42.5 hours per week to be worked between 7am – 5pm.

Duties:

Installation of plumbing systems to kitchens and bathrooms.
1st and 2nd fix plumbing works.
Reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems.
Use of hand tools, power tools and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed within timeframes and to a high quality.
Adhere to health & safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.

Essential Requirements:

Full Manual Driving licence
Previous experience as a Plumber
Skilled in the use of various tools and plumbing equipment
Strong drive and motivation to deliver high quality work
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Attention to detail and precision in completing tasks
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Effective communication skills

Desirable:

Gas Safe Registered
HETAS Certified
OFTEC Certified
