We want a sharp, customer-focused Customer Service Administrator who will take true ownership of the front-line experience, streamline office workflows, and bridge the gap between our clients, engineering teams, and management.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload, solve daily operational puzzles, and make a direct impact on our reputation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer First Contact: Be the welcoming, responsive voice of Anglia Door Systems. Handle incoming enquiries, process Maintenance / Repair/ Installation requests, and deliver clear, professional updates to clients.
Service & Engineer Scheduling: Coordinate daily schedules for field service engineers, ensuring efficient travel routing, rapid emergency call-out response, and maximum job completion rates.
Job Administration & Invoicing: Manage end-to-end job logging, prepare quotes, process purchase orders, and accurately issue job sheets and customer invoices using our management software.
Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the vital link between customers, engineers, suppliers, and senior management to ensure seamless operational flow from initial query to final sign-off.
Process Improvement: Spot bottlenecks in day-to-day administration and suggest smart, practical solutions to elevate customer satisfaction and administrative efficiency.

About You

A proactive, highly organised administrator who pairs a customer-centric mindset with the sharp attention to detail needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Experience: Strong background in customer service, scheduling, or operational administration (experience within industrial engineering, building services, or door systems is a bonus, but not essential).
Communication: Exceptional phone manner and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and handle high-pressure customer situations with poise.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM/job management systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
Problem-Solving Spirit: Calm under pressure with a "get it done" attitude when fast-moving operational shifts require quick thinking.
