Full job description

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to join our friendly Property Management department.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Working closely alongside the Senior Property Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day management of our residential property portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service. As we are a small team, you'll play a key role in the department and work collaboratively with both the Property Management and Lettings teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Previous property management experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills and a willingness to learn.

Skills & Attributes

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
A proactive approach and willingness to use initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills.
The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
A professional and friendly manner with landlords, tenants and contractors and work colleagues.
The ability to work independently whilst also being a supportive team player.
A willingness to learn and develop within the property industry.
A full UK driving licence

This role offers a comprehensive introduction to property management operations within a supportive environment, ideal for candidates looking to build a career in real estate or facilities management.

Pay: £24,420.00-£25,000.00 per year
