Join One of the UK's Leading Safety Sign Manufacturers

Rainbow Signs & Graphics has been manufacturing safety signs for over 30 years and supplies thousands of businesses throughout the UK, including fire protection companies, distributors, councils, schools and major organisations.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Sales Administrator / Order Processor to join our friendly office team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a busy office and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Full training will be provided on our products and systems.

About the Role

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting our customers and sales team by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders using Sage and our internal systems
Preparing quotations and confirming customer orders
Answering customer enquiries by telephone and email
Liaising with our production department to ensure orders are manufactured on time
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
Supporting the sales team with general administration
Resolving customer queries professionally
Assisting with general office duties

Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent attention to detail
Is organised and can manage multiple tasks
Enjoys working with customers
Is confident using computers
Has good written and verbal communication skills
Is reliable and has a positive attitude
Enjoys working as part of a team

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or order processing would be an advantage.

Experience with Sage, Microsoft Excel or CRM software is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided.
