Full job description

We’re looking for a Sous Chef who has a passion for cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food. If you’ve got a flair for creating mouth-watering dishes and are ready to take the next step in your culinary career, then we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Working alongside the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently and safely.
Supporting with food preparation, service and day-to-day kitchen management.
Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation across every dish.
Coaching and mentoring chefs within the team, sharing knowledge and building capability.
Helping to manage stock, ordering and kitchen compliance.
Taking the lead in the Head Chef's absence and supporting the development of the wider kitchen team.
Playing a key role in creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture.
