Part-Time position, working x 25 hours per week
Salary from £16,523.00 DOA

Join Our Team at Toyota Silsden

We are looking for a highly organised, reliable and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our busy Toyota dealership in Silsden. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support to both our sales team and customers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle sales from order through to delivery. Excellent timekeeping, attention to detail and a professional approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Processing administration for new and used vehicle sales.
Preparing vehicle invoicing and registration documentation.
Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Managing vehicle taxation and registration processes.
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
Assisting with vehicle stock management and logistics where required.

What We're Looking For

Previous administration experience (motor trade experience would be an advantage but is not essential).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent timekeeping and attendance, with a reliable and professional approach to work.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
