Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role requires effective communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team.

Duties

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
Oversee daily operations including stock management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
Implement effective sales strategies to enhance store performance and profitability.
Conduct regular training sessions to develop team members' skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure the store is visually appealing through effective merchandising and presentation.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base.
Solid understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Administrative experience with proficiency in relevant software applications.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
