Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Motor Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our fleet running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities

Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic tools
Repair or replace faulty parts using hand tools and power tools, ensuring high-quality workmanship
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
Assist with heavy lifting of vehicle components or parts safely and efficiently, following safety protocols
Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used accurately in service records
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and develop effective solutions
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency during repair processes

Qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of automotive systems and components
Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively in repair tasks
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of routine maintenance or repair work
Prior experience working as a motor mechanic or in an automotive repair environment is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety standards
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical issues clearly
