Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional waiters and Floor Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and support the smooth operation of our Cafe. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Assist in setting up and clearing tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area
Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities in a friendly manner
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Handle guest enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines

Skills

Experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques
Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing purposes
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Ability to upsell menu items tactfully to enhance guest experience and sales
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of culinary practices or previous kitchen experience is advantageous

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build their career within the hospitality sector while delivering outstanding service in a lively environment.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
