Full job description

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational abilities and proven experience in administrative support. This position plays a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination of office operations and field engineers, assisting multiple departments, and upholding effective office systems and procedures.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
One Saturday per month: 10:00am – 2:00pm (Saturday shifts commence after two months of employment)

Some Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Organise and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information.
Liase with engineers to assist with their working day
Support team members with clerical tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.

Skills

Proven office experience with a focus on administrative support.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Strong clerical experience that demonstrates an ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
