The Marsham Court Hotel has been making huge developments over the last few years, making it one of the most accessible and inclusive venues in the UK. We are one of the busiest venues in Bournemouth and our team love working with the buzz and energy that comes with being a part of the Marsham Court family.

As our Food & Beverage Assistant you will:

Give fantastic service on one of our four bars
Serve meals to our resident guests in our restaurant
Deliver amazing events such as weddings and birthdays
Help to make our events look and feel beautiful with an eye for detail
Take care of our building and make sure it is always clean and looking great

This is a flexible role split between restaurant and bar meaning each day will be different and you will get a variety of shift patterns.

We are looking for people with the desire to learn and grow in an environment that encourages you to use your flare to deliver amazing experiences for our guests. We even have a dedicated Training & Development Manager focused on mentoring you and giving you the skills you need to succeed in your career.

This is a casual contract and will suit someone wanting to fit hours around studies or another job. We are very open to applications from A-Level students wanting to work evenings and weekends.

A huge fundraising event for Dorset Children’s Foundation
