Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver outstanding hospitality. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain high-quality food production, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of hospitality
Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, and all FOH staff to deliver excellent customer service
Maintain quality, consistency, and safety standards of food and drinks being delivered to our customers
Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Coordinate food production activities to meet customer demand efficiently while minimizing waste
Train new employees on service procedures, food safety regulations, and company policies
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with strong team management skills
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production
Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is highly desirable
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of culinary techniques including food presentation and menu development is a plus
Previous barista experience or experience working behind the bar is advantageous
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
