About PH Consultation UK Ltd

PH Consultation UK Ltd is a UK-based consultancy specialising in business consultancy, recruitment, human resources, IT consultancy, CRM solutions, digital transformation, outsourcing and business support services. As part of an international consultancy group, the company delivers tailored solutions to businesses across the UK and internationally.

About the Role

Due to continued business growth and an expanding client portfolio, PH Consultation UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to manage the commercial performance and delivery of client accounts. Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will translate client requirements into account strategies, consultancy proposals, project specifications, budgets, delivery plans and measurable performance objectives.

The role will coordinate activities across recruitment, HR consultancy, IT consultancy, CRM, digital services and business support teams while monitoring client satisfaction, project performance, commercial outcomes and the overall quality of services delivered. This is a strategic client relationship and commercial account management position rather than a routine customer service or office administration role.

Main Duties

· Manage relationships with existing business clients.

· Understand client requirements and prepare consultancy proposals, account plans and project briefs.

· Coordinate service delivery across recruitment, HR, IT consultancy and business support teams.

· Monitor project delivery, budgets, deadlines and client satisfaction.

· Review commercial and operational performance information.

· Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.

· Support contract renewals, service improvements and account growth.

· Resolve complex client issues professionally and promptly.

· Maintain accurate client, contract and CRM records.

· Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business development within existing accounts.

Requirements

· Relevant experience in client services, account management, consultancy or commercial management.

· Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

· Experience managing client projects, budgets and deadlines.

· Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.

· Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

· Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Performance Expectations

· Strong client retention and satisfaction.

· Accurate and commercially viable client proposals.

· Delivery of projects within agreed scope, budget and timescale.

· Timely client reporting and account reviews.

· Improved commercial performance across assigned client accounts.

· Effective coordination between client-facing and operational teams.

· Proper maintenance of client, contract and project records.

A university degree is not required. Practical experience and the ability to perform the role effectively are more important.
