Location: Elberton, North Bristol (BS35 4AL) – Hybrid Role, Beautiful rural showroom location, so you must have a car to get here!

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 + Monthly Bonus

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, Highly Flexible Hybrid Role

At Home Leisure Direct, we help people and businesses create unforgettable social spaces. From home games rooms to major pub chains and corporate HQs, we’re the UK’s leading specialist in games room equipment. Think pool tables, arcade machines, pinball, and darts. Basically, we sell fun.

The Role:

We are looking for a creative powerhouse to join our marketing team and take complete ownership of our content. You’ll be the brains and the voice behind our social media channels, email campaigns, and SMS marketing.

This isn't a corporate snooze fest. One week you’ll be working from home mapping out an email campaign, and the next you’ll be down at our incredible showroom filming a TikTok trend, a pool trick-shot video, or showcasing a new arcade setup. While content is your main baby, you'll also be a core part of our close-knit marketing team, regularly pitching in on wider marketing projects, brainstorming major campaigns, and lending your creative eye wherever it’s needed.

What the Hybrid split looks like:

We offer a highly flexible hybrid model that varies week-to-week. You will spend a good chunk of your time working comfortably from home, but you'll need to head into our Elberton showroom regularly for filming days, team collaboration, and to get hands-on with the products.

What you’ll need to bring:

Content Skills: You can navigate Canva (or similar) in your sleep and know how to whip up engaging, fast-paced short-form video content on CapCut (or similar editing tools).

Social Savvy: You actually understand what makes a video go viral and what keeps an audience engaged.

Organisational Skills: You need to be an excellent planner and a stickler for timekeeping. You’ll be managing multiple channels, so staying organised is key.

Creator Confidence: You are excited about the idea of reaching out to influencers, negotiating collaborations, and managing external creators to represent our brand.
