We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations within our office environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and experience in office management to contribute to a dynamic organisation. The role involves handling various administrative tasks, supporting team members, and ensuring efficient office procedures are followed.

Duties

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information
Data entry and updating records accurately using Microsoft Office programmes and Google Workspace tools
Assisting with invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Supporting other administrative functions such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and coordinating office activities
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming for visitors and staff alike

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Strong organisational abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated clerical experience supporting administrative functions efficiently
Ability to adapt quickly to new software or procedures as required
