Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Deputy Manager to support the effective operation of our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting the management team, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations, supporting staff development, and fostering a positive environment aligned with organisational goals.

Duties

Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Support staff by providing guidance, mentorship, and training to promote professional development.
Oversee the implementation of organisational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all levels.
Contribute to the development and delivery of educational programmes, incorporating teaching methodologies where appropriate.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
Organise meetings and facilitate communication between teams to promote collaboration.
Assist in budgeting processes and resource management to optimise operational costs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an educational or organisational setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Experience in teaching or delivering training programmes is highly desirable.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
