Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Community Services Strategy & Program Development Executive to lead the planning, development, and implementation of innovative community programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape impactful initiatives that promote public health, social engagement, and community well-being. You will oversee project management efforts, supervise team members, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure programs meet community needs and organizational goals. Your leadership will drive the growth of community outreach efforts through effective marketing, fundraising, and social media strategies. This paid position is ideal for a motivated professional passionate about making a positive difference in society.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive community service strategies aligned with organizational objectives and community needs
Lead the design, planning, and execution of community programs that promote public health, education, and social inclusion
Supervise and mentor team members involved in program development, outreach, and engagement activities
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Coordinate fundraising initiatives and cultivate partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and donors
Oversee marketing campaigns across social media platforms to raise awareness and increase participation in programs
Handle administrative tasks including reporting, record keeping, and compliance documentation to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams or projects
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in marketing strategies and social media management for community outreach purposes
Background in fundraising activities or grant writing is highly desirable
Knowledge of public health principles and experience teaching or conducting educational workshops is advantageous
Solid administrative experience with attention to detail and organizational skills
