Overview

* Availability: Main working days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

* Languages: Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).

* Requirement: Must have a valid right to work in the UK.

Join our vibrant team as a Waitress/Front of House Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable dining experiences for our guests! In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, takes orders, and ensures every guest feels valued and cared for. Your passion for hospitality and excellent service will help foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Assist with food safety procedures by following proper handling and sanitation protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow
Manage guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Support team members during busy periods by helping with basic food preparation or setup tasks as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills to engage with guests confidently and courteously
Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, providing insight into food preparation processes
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy service hours
A positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest services and creating memorable experiences
