Derby Homes are an organisation owned by Derby City Council who manage and maintain approximately 12,500 properties in Derby employing over 600 members of staff. The diverse workforce covers office based and mobile workers including housing management teams, specialist support workers and a repairs and maintenance team.

You will be part of a team that helps complete over 40,000 repairs a year, coordinating across the different teams within Repairs & Maintenance and the wider organisations.

Help us make a real difference to the safety of our customers and their homes.

We’re looking for two organised, proactive Administration Assistants to join our Day-to-Day Repairs Team and play an important role in Derby Homes’ response to Awaab’s Law. You’ll help us make sure repair issues are acted on quickly, statutory deadlines are closely monitored, and our customers are kept informed every step of the way. Working alongside colleagues across the repairs and housing services, you’ll be at the heart of keeping cases on track, maintaining accurate records and helping us demonstrate that we are delivering safe, responsive and customer-focused services.
