Full job description

Full Time – 5 days per week

Five working days per week, with at least one weekend day forming part of your regular working week. Exact working days will be confirmed based on the agreed rota.

Weekdays: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Weekend days: 9:30am – 5:30pm

Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our busy Operations team.

This is a varied, hands-on administrative role supporting the day-to-day running of our manufacturing operation. You'll help ensure important production documentation, labels, invoices and data are processed accurately and on time, working closely with colleagues across Operations.

You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, confident using different computer systems and able to manage changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

Prepare, manage and print documentation for our manufacturing teams.
Manage and print production product labels.
Process purchase invoices accurately through our ERP system.
Provide general administrative support to the Operations team.
Process and maintain data using Power Apps, Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Ensure documentation and records are accurate, organised and available when required.
Work closely with colleagues across Operations to support the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Previous administrative experience preferred, but not essential.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Good computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your workload effectively.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team.
Reliable, adaptable and willing to support colleagues when priorities change.
