Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales.
Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, providing accurate change when necessary.
Maintain the closing tasks of the bar for each shift
Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, promoting repeat business.
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with cleaning duties during quieter periods.
Be able to implimet drinking laws and policies at the bar to customers
Be able to make cocktails

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or as a bartender is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong knowledge of and responsible alcohol service.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service at all times.
A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential. This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your skills while providing exceptional service to our guests. We welcome motivated individuals eager to contribute to our lively team atmosphere.
Ability to make cocktails or some knowledge preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
