Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant and Functions Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional dining experiences and flawlessly executing a variety of events and functions. This pivotal role combines culinary oversight, team leadership, and operational management to ensure every guest receives outstanding service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
Manage and coordinate all aspects of functions and events, including planning, setup, execution, and breakdown
Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house team to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service
Lead team management efforts by training staff, fostering teamwork, and motivating employees to achieve their best performance
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold food production standards across all departments
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to optimize profitability
Implement innovative menu ideas by collaborating with culinary staff to enhance offerings and meet customer preferences

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within restaurant or hospitality settings with demonstrated team management skills
Extensive restaurant experience with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
Knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, and kitchen operations including hotel or barista experience is highly desirable
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
Experience managing large-scale events or functions from planning through execution
Excellent communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, front-of-house team, vendors, and guests
