Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Accounts and general Administrator to join our team and help streamline daily operations. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support various administrative functions including accounts and billing, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for maintaining order and fostering productivity across all departments.

Duties

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain up-to-date records
Organise and coordinate work scope to optimize team efficiency
Be efficient with fee reconciliation,invoicing, billing, and expense tracking using Excel or similar accounting platform.
Support office supply inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reordering as needed
Facilitate effective communication within the team through email correspondence and internal messaging platforms

Experience

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with exceptional
Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment is required.
Proficiency in computer skills including Intermediate -Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
Experience of fee reconciliation or similar accounting software is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
Demonstrated ability to maintain professional phone etiquette and communicate clearly with clients and team members
