Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Front Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our organisation. This is a varied role that combines front-of-house responsibilities with the coordination of our training facilities and administrative support for the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

As our Front Office Administrator, you will:

· Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and trainees, ensuring they receive a professional and positive experience.

· Manage the day-to-day operation of our studio and training spaces, ensuring rooms are prepared, well-presented, and ready for use.

· Coordinate bookings for training sessions, maintaining accurate schedules and liaising with trainers and attendees.

· Arrange hospitality for visitors, meetings, and training sessions, including refreshments and catering where required.

· Schedule and organise internal meetings, managing calendars, meeting rooms, and any supporting arrangements.

· Provide general administrative support to help ensure the efficient running of the office.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
