About Trowbridge

Trowbridge is an internationally recognised art manufacturer, working with leading interior designers, hospitality brands, property developers, senior living operators and retailers across the UK, Europe and USA

The Role

As a Client Success Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through a variety of outbound communication channels. Acting as the first point of contact for potential customers, you will help create valuable opportunities for our Art Consultancy team by understanding client requirements and building strong professional relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has a proactive mindset, and is looking to develop a career in sales, business development, or client success within a creative and fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Conduct outbound prospecting through telephone calls, email, LinkedIn and other approved communication channels.
Identify and engage prospective clients within target sectors.
Research target accounts and key decision-makers.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective opportunities.

Lead Qualification

Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria.
Gather key project information.
Identify high-quality opportunities and schedule meetings for the Art Consultancy team.
Maintain follow-up communication with prospects until they are ready to engage.

CRM & Administration

Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
Record all client interactions, opportunities, and activities.
Support database management and data-cleansing initiatives.
Ensure all information is documented comprehensively before handover.

Client Engagement

Build positive relationships through professional and consultative communication.
Support marketing campaigns through targeted outreach and follow-up activity.
Work closely with the Client Success and Art Consultancy teams to maximise engagement and conversion opportunities.

Team Support

Assist with trade shows, exhibitions, events and client presentations.
Attend industry events when required.
Support wider departmental projects and initiatives.
Represent the Trowbridge brand professionally at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident and professional when speaking with clients.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
1 Year's experience in sales development, lead generation, customer service, business development or account management.
Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

What Success Looks Like

Performance will be measured against key activity and quality metrics, including:

Number of outbound calls and outreach activities completed.
Meaningful client conversations achieved.
Qualified opportunities generated.
Meetings booked for the Art Consultancy team.
CRM accuracy and activity standards.

Working Hours

This position is based on a 35-hour working week:

Monday to Thursday: 14:00 – 21:00
Friday: 11:00 – 18:00

however during the training period, your hours will be Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00

Hybrid Working

Office-based: Tuesday & Wednesday
Remote Working: Monday, Thursday & Friday
