Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Head Chef to lead the culinary team at our esteemed establishment. Duties

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food production and service
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining quality and consistency
Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure excellence in every dish
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize kitchen efficiency
Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations
Train and mentor team members in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service skills
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene
Experience in food production, menu development, and kitchen management systems
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with staff and suppliers
