Banqueting & Events Manager
Manor House Country Hotel, Fermanagh

Manor House Country Hotel is an award-winning, family-run lakeside estate on the shores of Lough Erne, where old world charm meets modern luxury.

Weddings are at the heart of what we do. They are personal, warm, and genuinely special and we are proud to be known for delivering some of the best wedding experiences in Ireland.

We are now looking for a Banqueting & Events Manager to join our team and play a key role in bringing those days to life.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role working alongside our award-winning Wedding Manager, as part of a close-knit, supportive team that genuinely cares about what we do.

You will be on the floor, leading from the front, running beautiful, high-energy wedding days and creating moments that guests remember.

You will have real ownership, strong support, and the opportunity to shape how we deliver events as we continue to invest in and expand our wedding offering.

Loves weddings and the pace of live events
Enjoys leading a team and being at the centre of the action
Takes pride in delivering something exceptional, not just “getting through the day”

What you’ll be doing

Leading the delivery of weddings and events from setup through to close
Acting as the main point of contact on the day for couples, guests and suppliers
Working closely with our Wedding Manager on planning and execution
Creating function sheets, timelines and room plans
Coordinating seamlessly with kitchen, bar and front of house teams
Leading, motivating and organising the banqueting team on the floor
Managing the flow of the day calmly and professionally, whatever comes your way
Ensuring every detail reflects the standards we are known for

What we’re looking for

Experience in weddings, events or banqueting within a quality hotel or venue
A confident, hands-on leader who is comfortable taking control of a live event
Someone calm under pressure, organised, and solutions-focused
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
A genuine passion for guest experience
Flexibility to work weekends and peak wedding periods
