Overview
You must live near Croydon and be good at English as some cold calling is involved We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.minimum 25 hours per week and be fully experienced in sales

Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organisational targets
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals
Prepare customised proposals and negotiate terms to secure sales agreements
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials
Provide feedback from clients to assist in product development and service improvement

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the relevant industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in British English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Proactive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driving licence is desirable for client visits and networking events
A recognised qualification in sales, marketing, or related field is advantageous
