As a Housekeeping Team Member, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional guest experiences, transforming rooms into welcoming, spotless and comfortable spaces that guests are delighted to return to. What You Will Do In This Splendid Role

Taking pride in maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Replenishing guest supplies and amenities to ensure every room is fully prepared and welcoming.
Responding to guest requests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly, supporting a safe and smooth-running hotel.
Helping with monitoring supplies and minimise waste across all housekeeping areas.
Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
