Job Summary

Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. Ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions and providing administrative support. The role will be full time.

Duties

Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office,
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping
Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information
Support team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Knowledge of social media/LinkedIn. Updating and creating posts
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and welcoming for staff and visitors
Requirements
Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in administrative roles involving organisation of schedules and document management is desirable
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative attitude
This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to utilise their administrative expertise within a supportive team environment.
