Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pub Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our wet only pub. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and uphold high standards of safety and service quality. The Pub Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining smooth operation, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the pub staff.
Monitor stock levels and place orders for supplies to maintain efficient operations
Enforce health and safety regulations within the premises, including food safety protocols
Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to patrons
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a pub environment
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour
