Front Office & Customer Support AdministratorBe the face of Car2Code

At Car2Code Ltd, we help customers get back on the road by providing specialist automotive solutions for a wide range of vehicles. Based in Leicester, we have built a reputation for delivering professional service, technical expertise and outstanding customer care to both private and trade customers across the UK.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Front Office & Customer Support Administrator to become the first point of contact for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and has a genuine interest in the automotive industry. You don't need to be a mechanic, but a basic understanding of how cars work is important.

What you'll be doing

Answering incoming phone calls and customer emails
Booking appointments and managing the daily workshop schedule
Greeting customers visiting our office
Receiving and organising deliveries and parcels
Updating customer records and processing enquiries
Assisting with day-to-day office administration
Supporting the workshop team with administrative tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly

What we're looking for

Friendly and professional with a customer-first attitude
Excellent communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous office or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
Some experience working in a garage, workshop or automotive environment would be an advantage
A basic understanding of how cars work is required – you don't need to be a technician, but you should be comfortable discussing vehicles with customers
A genuine interest in cars or automotive repair (for example, as a car enthusiast or hobbyist)
