Full job description

The role:

As a Marketing Executive, you will bridge the gap between our marketing strategies and sales execution by enhancing and optimising our customer ordering portal. You will also manage day-to-day marketing activities to build brand awareness and generate leads, whilst working across multiple channels to support our commercial team to achieve their targets for margin and sales growth and enhance our business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create campaigns to migrate traditional B2B customers to our digital ordering portal.
Design targeted email and SMS campaigns to increase ordering frequency on the platform.
Produce clear user guides, video tutorials, and promotional toolkits for the sales team
Market new portal features and digital services to existing customer accounts.
Develop high-impact pitch decks, product data sheets, and detail aids.
Ensure all localised sales promotions align with broader corporate brand guidelines.
Design marketing materials for conferences and sales meetings.
Track user sign-ups, login frequencies, and digital sales volumes.
Gather feedback from managers and customers to improve marketing materials.
Monitor competitor digital platforms and commercial promotional tactics.
Manage company profiles and schedule engaging weekly organic content.
Write copy for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
Design, build, and distribute targeted monthly email campaigns.
Monitor website traffic and optimise web pages for search engines.
Update brochures, flyers, and sales presentations using design tools.
Securely maintain the company’s internal library of logos and templates.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Proficiency with email marketing tools, CMS platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar with an understanding of AI and the benefits.
Strong administrative and organisational ability
High attention to detail (critical for compliance environments)
Strong Excel / data tracking capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Excellent communication and coordination skills
