Job Summary:

We are seeking a Order Picker/Packer to join our fast-paced Dispatch team. This role is vital in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking and packing products, ensuring they are correctly prepared for shipment, and supporting the overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack customer orders from the warehouse shelves.
Verify the items picked against order details and ensure they meet company quality standards.
Prepare goods for shipment, including labelling, wrapping, and boxing.
Assist in stock organization.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Support the wider Dispatch team with other tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in order picking and packing is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, Tape Gun) is desirable.
Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and responsibilities.
