In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and cocktails while engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience. Whether you're steaming milk to perfection for a latte or mixing a refreshing cocktail at the bar, your skills and personality will help make our cafe a community favorite.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar according to recipes and customer preferences
Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a friendly and attentive approach
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout shifts
Handle cash register operations, process payments, and provide accurate change
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe environment
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including cleaning and inventory checks

Requirements

Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to create a welcoming customer experience
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering top-quality beverages
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
A positive attitude with a team-player mentality and willingness to learn
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage
Knowledge of social media
