Full job description

Are you upbeat and outgoing? Do you have excellent communication and leadership skills? Are you creative?? If so this may be the job for you!

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, Personal License would be advantageous but not essential.

Your Key Responsibilities would be:

General duties
Efficient Restaurant Service, continuing a high standard of cleanliness
Staff Supervision; leading the team by example, delivering constructive feedback when required.
Day to day operation
Cash handling and till management
Increasing sales opportunities
Open/lock ups
Stock Ordering.
Stock Rotation.
Liaising with the Management Team as and when required.
Liaising with the Admin team as and when required.
Promotion, using social media.
Managing and taking charge of the online booking system.

You’ll need to take ownership of problems, and you’ll live by a mantra of ‘always doing the right thing’- sometimes needing to think outside the box. Supporting the Managing director is a great way to learn the business side of running the venue. It is a chance to develop your skills and gain the knowledge you need to progress your career even further.

You will be required to work a mixture of days, late evenings and weekends.

To be successful in this role you need to be; enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible and self-motivated.
