Registered Children’s Home Manager- Open your own home!

Location: Coalville, Leicester

Salary: Up to £60,000 (+£5,000 Welcome Bonus)

Annual Bonus: 21% of your Annual Salary

You'll be opening and overseeing the operations of our home in Coalville. This home will support up to 3 Children & Young People. This home would be ideal for someone with a background working in an EBD setting with a drive to want to shape the culture from day-one!

You'll be supported by a team that you'll have the autonomy to build yourself. Alongside support from a Regional Manager and a regional clinical team that operates under a trauma-informed model of care. You’ll be supported by your own Psychologist and Therapist specific to your home and region.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a brand-new therapeutic children's home.
Building and developing a high-performing care team.
Delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
Driving excellence in safeguarding, quality and compliance.
Creating a positive, child-centred and inclusive culture.
Managing operational performance, budgets and service development.
Coaching and developing future leaders within the team.

What you'll bring to the role:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a supervisory role within Children's Residential
Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People
Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
Experience of budgets and financial management.
Full driving licence is essential.
