Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Support Manager to lead and optimise our operational support functions. In this role, you will be the driving force behind streamlining business processes, enhancing team collaboration, and ensuring that our support services align seamlessly with organisational goals. Your energetic leadership will empower teams, improve efficiency, and foster a positive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a management professional eager to make a tangible impact across various business units.

Duties

Managing the day-to-day administration and operational support functions of the dealership improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that customer enquiries, vehicle records.
Monitoring sales processes are handled effectively by minimising factors causing delays in service.
Maintain appropriate document control, data protection and record retention of vehicles and customers.
Coordinate information between the customer support, director and the customers.
Coordinating customer service activities and responding to customer enquiries to ensure a high standard of service.
Overseeing vehicle sales administration, including processing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Managing and updating vehicle listings on online sales platforms and the Company's website.
Liaising with customers, suppliers, finance providers, insurers, and external service providers.
Monitoring business performance and preparing operational reports for management.
Implementing and improving office procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Maintaining company records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Managing correspondence, appointments, meetings, and internal communications.
Supporting stock and vehicle inventory administration, including monitoring vehicle movements and documentation.
Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to support vehicle sales.
Ensuring that customer records, vehicle documentation, and company files are maintained accurately and securely.
Supporting management in business planning, process improvement initiatives, and strategic development.

Skills

A minimum of three years proven experience in a Business Support Manager, Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or a similar role is mandatory.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also managing responsibilities independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in MS office applications and managing website.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
