Property Administration & Operations Coordinator

Location: NW3, North London (Office Based)
Salary: £32,000–£40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time

About Empty Property Hunters

Empty Property Hunters is one of the UK's fastest-growing property companies, dedicated to bringing long-term empty homes back into use across England.

Working with members of the public, local authorities and property owners, we identify long-term empty properties, trace owners and help facilitate their sale, refurbishment and return to use. Our work has been featured by the BBC, LBC and national newspapers, and we're continuing to expand our team as the business grows.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Property Administration & Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing business.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing operational and administrative support across the business. You'll work closely with the Director, Research and Acquisitions Team, helping to coordinate projects, improve processes and ensure the business operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and senior management.
Support the Research and Acquisitions teams with the coordination of daily activities.
Review inbound property leads and assist in identifying which opportunities should be prioritised.
Maintain accurate records and manage information within Salesforce CRM.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal communications.
Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure projects progress efficiently.
Assist with marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns and social media activity.
Monitor office systems and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Manage office supplies and general administration.
Prioritise workloads effectively and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide general operational support wherever required as the business continues to grow.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Calm under pressure and capable of solving problems as they arise.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Professional, adaptable and happy to take ownership of tasks.
IT confident with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience within the property sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Office Manager, Business Support or Administration role.
Experience using Salesforce CRM (desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided).
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
An interest in property, together with a genuine curiosity about the human stories behind why homes become long-term empty. Every property has a story, and you'll play an important role in helping our team uncover it.
Experience working within a growing, entrepreneurial business would be beneficial.
